Laptop Power Problems

Common causes are a Broken Jack, Defective power adapter, Clogged cooling system, Overheating due to improper design, or a bad motherboar or a defective Battery

Try to eliminate the easiest ones. You can remove the battery fro myour laptop and try to power up. Also if you press the power button for about ten seconds and let go. then ten seconds again. You may find when you press it again it fully powers up.

Unplug any usb devices or peripherals from your laptop and try it that way.

If you can't get the unit to power on, we will be happy to diagnose the problem and provide a solution. I recommend that you bring the laptop and the power adapter with you.
